A: Pictura is in the city centre, so we don't have our own parking. But we're just 10 minutes from Chester train station, and there are bus stops nearby. If you're driving, the closest car parks are Linen Hall, the New Market, and Delamere Street Underground. See you soon!

A: Your painted pottery will be ready for collection in about 3 weeks. During busy times like school holidays, it might take a bit longer. We'll send you an email when it's ready, so you can book a pick-up time. Please collect your pottery within 2 weeks of our email to avoid disposal. Thanks for your understanding!

A: At Pictura, we have a tasty selection of sweet snacks, crisps, and ice creams and no we offer delicious hot pizza!. You can also enjoy hot drinks like coffee and tea, or cool down with a refreshing cold beverage. We've got something for everyone to enjoy!

A: Each studio session at Pictura is 2 hours long, giving you plenty of time to get creative. Need more time? No problem! For just £5 per person, you can extend your session by another 2 hours and keep the creativity flowing.
